Hello Prospective Vendor,
The Texas 2008 Music Festival Committee would like to extend to you the opportunity to participate as a vendor in the Texas 2008 Music Festival. The festival will be held August 30-September 1, 2008 at Eleanor Tinsley Park.
Vendors must provide their own tent (booth space will be 10'x10'). A vendor can choose to use a larger booth with approval by the T2008MFC. Sharing a booth with an unregistered vendor will result in automatic dismissal without refund.
The T2008MFC retains control over the sale of merchandise with the Texas 2008 Music Festival logo, printing, lettering, or wording imprinted in any way. Items such as caps, posters, T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, cups, glasses, novelties, etc. may not be sold without prior written approval from the T2008MFC.
No merchandise in the likeness of any artist or words describing any artist or his/her name can be printed without written permission from the T2008MFC or the specific artist in question.
Vendor booth fees will be $900 plus 15% for food vendors, $600 for merchandise arts and crafts and $300 for organizations and companies. The booth fee covers all three days. There will be no one-day booth rental. Full payment is required to reserve each booth and must accompany the vendor registration form. We will not accept cash deposits or personal checks. Vendor booth fee must be paid by cashiers check or money order. The T2008MFC reserves the right to refuse any vendor registration.
Food vendor registration due by July 29, 2008.
Merchandise and Organizations vendor registration due by August 14, 2008.
Vendor check-in will be on Friday August 29, 2008 from 9 pm until 12 am and Saturday August 30, 2008 from 6 am until noon. |
