EVENT CARDS
 

Event Cards will be used in lieu of cash at all food and beverage booths. Event Card booths will be located throughout festival grounds. Refunds will be granted on unused money.

PARKING
 

All day festival parking is available. The cost is $15.00. Parking in the surrounding neighborhoods is restricted and not recommended. Patrons are encouraged to find alternate modes of travel, such as shuttle, public transportation and car pools
 

FESTIVAL GROUND RULES
 


ENTRANCE
All items are subject to search prior to admission to the event. Items not allowed into the festival area must be returned to your vehicle or disposed of prior to your admission.

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED
Please do not reserve space for others arriving separately. No items may be left over night on the festival grounds to reserve space for the following days events.

ADMISSION
All tickets must be exchanged for a wristband prior to entering the festival grounds each day. Wristband must be kept on and visible at all times.


WHAT IS ALLOWED
 


CHAIRS and BLANKETS

Each person is allowed to bring in one small item to sit on. We suggest you bring a small beach blanket or low back "sand" chair. No table height chairs, patio chairs or chairs with high backs that may interfere with others view of the stage.

CAMERAS
Personal cameras are allowed - however, no video or recording devices.


WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED
 


NO OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Will be allowed to be brought on the premises

ABSOLUTELY NO
Umbrellas, tents, pets, coolers, glassware, tables, wagons or other large accessory items are allowed. Further, staff reserves the right to modify this policy to include any item that may impede the safety and enjoyment of others attending the festival.

NO SMOKING
In the seating area and please refrain from foul language.

ANIMALS AND PETS
Parks and Recreation Department regulations prohibit dogs, amphibians, reptiles and snakes that are considered dangerous. Therefore, we require the ban of all such animals. This does not include Seeing Eye dogs or other dogs that provide assistance to physically challenged individuals.

SECURITY
Security guards will strictly enforce all the above policies.


TICKET SALES ARE FINAL
NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE, RAIN OR SHINE

All events are outdoors. Rain will not cause a concert to be canceled. There will be some shaded areas for sun protection available. Please dress accordingly if hot or foul weather is forecast. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended as the Festival grounds are on grass.
